Who operates this site

Living in Millbrook is a community-information project created and operated by Matthew Fusco. Real-estate services promoted or provided through the site are offered by Matthew Fusco, Sales Representative, REALTOR®, through RE/MAX Your Community Realty Inc., Brokerage. The community-information portions of the site are not an official Township of Cavan Monaghan, community organization or emergency-services website.

Community, event, directory, market and real-estate information is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, mortgage, engineering, inspection, medical, emergency or other professional advice. Information may change, contain errors or become outdated. Confirm important details with the relevant organizer, municipality, service provider or qualified professional before acting.

Market commentary, estimates, guides and property information are general until Matthew has reviewed the relevant facts and any required representation or service arrangements have been discussed. A website inquiry does not create an agency, representation or client relationship and does not require you to buy or sell property or use Matthew’s services.

Events, directory entries and community submissions

Submitting information does not guarantee publication. You confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to provide it. You grant Living in Millbrook a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to review, edit for clarity and length, publish, update and remove the public-facing event or community information you submit. You keep ownership of your original material. Private contact information is handled under the Privacy Notice and is not licensed for public use. Submissions must be relevant to Millbrook or the surrounding Cavan Monaghan community. Political or partisan campaigning, property listings, real-estate or brokerage promotion, personal attacks, private personal information, spam, misleading promotions, unlawful activity and disguised advertising may be automatically declined, rejected or removed.
